For Users in Quebec: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Montreal.

11. Language (Quebec Users)

12. Force Majeure

Smart Glass Solutions LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters.

  • Supply chain disruptions.
  • Cyberattacks.
  • Labor disputes.
  • Government restrictions.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart Glass Solutions LLC regarding use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
